- We do not charge for telephone calls. (We probably should mention photocopies also)
- You may receive up to 2 free meetings per year.
- You can request a fixed fee (quote) for the years work. This eliminates clients nervous anticipation regarding being invoiced for the open ended cheque book the accountant is often given for additional hours spent from inexperience in either knowledge or procedures.
- You will generally speak to the one accountant but all our TEAM members will eventally have an understanding of your business.
- We have Sydney City experience without the cost $$$.
- We don't expect you to come to us. In fact we like to get out of the office to get to know our clients business. And there is no charge for travel.

Vince Carmody
Vince is the principal of the business which he established in 1996. His vision was to make an accounting firm a business as opposed to the accounting factories he worked for in the city. This meant having the clients of the type he wanted, being in regular contact & encourage clients to call by not charging for phone calls. Not having his team pressured by charging time sheets which were often fictional input completed at the end of the week to meet productivity targets to the detriment of clients. Thereby agreeing to fixed fees with clients that accommodated their budgets. Other than the dream, Vince is a qualified CPA and has been working in the industry for over 25 years. This was interrupted for 5 years by a passion to run a pub, an interesting experience which he is willing to tell many stories over a coffee..

Len Gregory
Len has over 20 years experience in providing taxation and business advisory services to small business owners. He provides a broad range of financial, taxation and commercial advice to clients. He has a particular interest in assisting clients with the computerised accounting systems, and the use thereof to drive their business. Len is a follower of most sports, with a keen interest in cricket, his girls soccer, and plays baseball in the winter months.

Sarah has a commercial accounting background in the music & magazine distribution industries. During this time she focused on forecasting & budgets. Has completed a Bachelor of Business degree majoring in accounting and has now the role of tax services manager with BWD. Sarah has a keen interest in touch football, surf & cooking dinners WITH her new husband.. |

Belinda is the powerhouse of the business being our "Director of First Impressions". She has had many years experience in sales & administration and is a delight to meet at the front desk or talk on the phone. She does have another part-time job being married to Vince and bringing up 2 children. |
